Small Seafood Sausage Casserole


My family makes a fat sausage pot every three or five times. The recipes are simple and varied. However, my favorite is to match some small seafood, which is fresh and not greasy.



Ingredients:


1 fat intestine, 3 octopus, 100g dried scallion, 200g duck intestine, 1 baby cabbage, 200g shredded konjac, 4 slices ginger, 4 cloves garlic, 1 shallot, 2 tablespoons light salt original soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a little pepper, a little salt, and a little white sesame seeds.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. The fat sausage here is half-cooked.


2. Cut the fat sausage into small pieces, put it in the oven to air fry for ten minutes, and fry the fat out.


3. Drizzle a little oil in the enamel pot, pour in the peppercorns, ginger slices, minced garlic and fry until fragrant.


4. After the fat intestines control the oil, put them in the pot and stir well, pour in the baby cabbage, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well.


5. Pour in a little purified water, then put the octopus, dried scallops, konjac shreds, and duck intestines into the pot, cover the lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.


6. Finally, sprinkle some salt to taste, turn off the heat, and then sprinkle some chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.


Tips


The seafood here is not absolute, shrimp, oysters, and abalone can be used.
